Majour was a God sent! This is my first home and my husband's second home and we were extremely nervous and unsure of how the process would go. Now that we have closed, I feel like the whole process only took 3 weeks. Majour is very knowledgeable and approachable which help ease the tension that can come with doing business. Major is extremely patient and answered all our questions. Some of them more than once. The explanation requested was given to us in terms that we could understand, which made the process even easier. Majour was very responsive. He gave us more than we expected!

Buying a home is already a stressful situation, add on top doing it while working full time from home with a toddler it’s even worse. Jeff is by far the best lender out there. Our home buying process was not the best, & after about 7 months of working with a different lender to close on our new construction home, they just couldn’t get the job done so we had to switch! Our realtor recommended Jeff to us.... Jeff did for us in 30 day’s what another lender couldn’t make happen in the 7 months that we worked with them. His communication throughout the process was phenomenal & he knew what he was talking about & never lead us astray. He didn’t let covid, credit, or time get in the way.
